Solution: Double Scrollbar Problem in Google Chrome Browser

Have you guys updated your Google Chrome browser only to found out there is a bug with scrollbar?

Recently, I've downloaded the Google Chrome and found out that on certain websites, the scrollbar becomes doubled (see picture below).

For me, it is quite annoying because I had to put my cursor on the right scrollbar AND leveled with the left scrollbar. Or to be exact, everything (checkbox, submit button etc2) I have to click a little bit to the right.

Fortunately, with a bit of Googling, I've found a way to solve this.

1. Open up your Google Chrome browser. Point the address bar to "chrome://plugins"
2. Find a Flash plugin that named as "pepflashplayer.dll". If you installed a lot of olugins and having some trouble finding it, press "Ctrl + F" and find the plugin name mentioned before.
3. And then click "Disable". Restart the Chrome and try whether it works. It works for me by the way :)

How to configure Aztech WL830RT4 and DSL600EU

Recently I saw a random user dont know how to configure the router(WL830RT4) to work with DSL600EU. Because I used to have these router and modem, so I decided to make tutorial on how to configure and make it works..
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are two steps to do before you can surf the internet.
1. Configure the Aztech DSL600EU(Modem)
-Disable DHCP
-Set to bridge connection mode
2. Configure the Aztech WL830RT4
-Setup the PPPoE connection(key in username and password)

3. You need to know your streamyx username and password(try to remember it before do any steps below)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Configure the modem

1. Make a connection like this (Computer - Modem - Internet)

2. Go to gateway address. By default it is 192.168.1.1. Type it into the address bar in your web browser. Key in the username and password. By default it is admin for both username and password. Click the Setup tab and you will get into the page like the figure below.

3. Click on the DHCP configuration and then disable the DHCP server (Server and Relay Off). Click on 'Apple' then 'Save Settings'.

4. Back in "Setup", click on the 'Connection 0' and then set the 'Type' to "Bridge" mode.

5. This the next page. Don't change anything in there.

6. Click on 'Apply' then 'Save Settings'. Done!!You have just configure the modem succesfully
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, let's configure the wireless router.

1. Firstly, set your connection like this(Computer - Wireless router - Modem - Internet). It is recommended to use Ethernet rather than Wireless to configure the router. Refer to manual to specify which port to use.

2. Log in to "192.168.1.1". Key in username and password. About the same when we want to configure the modem.

3. Click on "Quick Setup" then next.

4. Choose PPPoE as your WAN connection type. Click 'Next'

5. Enter your Streamyx account name and password. Think hard!!. I took about 2 hours to remember these things when i want to configure the router for the first time.

6. Click next. Now, it's time to set up your wireless radio. Set wireless radio to enable. Specify the wireless name (SSID), region, channel(let it be the default) and the last one mode(802.11g is recommended). Click next.

7. Congratulations!!. You have just configured the Wireless router and the modem. Now, surf the internet with smile on your face... :-)
If you seem to have trouble after/while configure both of these, leave a comment or email me. I will try my best to answer your question. But before that, please make sure you follow exactly the steps. Don't skip any steps escpecially when configure the DHCP and Bridge mode. and, always save settings you've made.
Ok, thats all..PAPAI

Can't Surf the Internet While Using BitTorrent?

Hrm..Exacly after I installed Windows Vista Premium Edition, I can't surfing the internet while using the BitTorrent..I cant't load any page even my router page..So, what I do is restart my computer and then surf the internet back but this time WITHOUT running the torrent program(currently I'm using uTorrent)..

However, if I start the uTorrent while surfing..then I can't surf the internet again..Sigh..

Eventually..I discovered a way to solve this handy problem(actually)..But, one question first..are you using Nod32 antivirus..If yes, below maybe a steps to resolve this problem.

1)Open Nod32 Antivirus setup

2)Go to Antivirus and antispyware > Web access protection > HTTP > click on Web Browsers

3)In the box, encheck(red x) the uTorrent or any torrent client you currently using.

Because Nod32 assume the uTorrent as internet browser by dafault..so every incoming and outgoing data is checked thus create a performance or compatibility problem..
